2 c. Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk, nonfat
1 c. crushed Kellogg's Corn Flakes


How Do I Make Cheesy Hashbrowns?

Here is how you make Cheesy Hashbrowns:

Defrost and drain (if you use Schwan's there should be no extra water in the bag) hash browns. Put in very large bowl. Add onion, soup, sour cream, butter, milk cheese and stir until all mixed together. Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray. Add mixture to pan. Top with pepper and a little salt, then crushed cornflakes to lightly cover the top of the potatoes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let stand for 5-10 minutes.
