Here is how you make Mushroom Chicken Casserole:

Cube chicken breast and sautee in margarine until slightly cooked. Set aside.Mix 1 can of condense mushroom soup with half and half cream and white wine. Place in an oven safe dish. Add cubed chicken. Sprinkle croutons on top. Grate mozarella cheese and sprinkle on top of crountons. Cover with aluminium foil. Place in oven at 350 for approx. 25 minutes or until chicken is well cooked. Remove foil, bake until cheese is slightly crisp.
