All Natural alternative to Nutella that is less sweet and lower glycemic. I use coconut palm sugar because it has a lower glycemic index than regular sugar. You can use just about any sweetener you like, but remember that artificial sweeteners will add a chemical taste. I suggest only regular sugar, coconut/palm sugar, or xylitol.
