1 Can (8 3/4 oz) Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn (Drained)
2 eggs

2 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine (cut into small squares)
2 Tbsp Sugar or 3 packets of Equal (Equal is not figured nutrition )
1/2 tsp. salt

How Do I Make Scalloped Corn?

Here is how you make Scalloped Corn:

Combine both cans of corn in medium mixing bowl. Add Eggs and mix well.In Separate small bowl mix together Flower and Sugar. Add to Corn mixture, and stir well.Add in Margarine and salt and pepper and blend in.Place mixture into cooking dish and bake at 350 degrees and bake for 45 to 60 minutes. Top will be lightly golden brown when done and slightly firm in the middle.Makes 4 to 6 1 cup servings.
