Boil chicken broth in microwave. Take a large glass bowl put in 1 cup of dry Moroccan Couscous in bowl. Pour one tsp of olive oil over dry couscous and mix. Pour boiling broth over the couscous. Cook the vegetables for 10 min add black pepper or chili pepper to taste. Couscous should be ready by now, take a wooden or plastic spoon and fluff up the couscous and pour in the vegetables.
