Here is how you make Sue's Quick and Easy Scalloped Potatoes:

Rinse the potatoes and drain well. Slice into 1/8" slices (I used an egg slicer, worked perfectly.)Place potato slices in bottom of a 2 quart casserole sprayed with PAM. Add onions, pepper, flour & milk. Mix gently just enough to coat the potatoes. Cut the butter or margarine into small pieces and sprinkle on top. Bake covered at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes.
