1/8 C Panko or Bread Crumbs

How Do I Make Okra Fries?

Here is how you make Okra Fries:

Wash okra and cut off the caps and tails. Cut each one lengthwise into quarters. Put in a bowl and toss with evoo and seasonings. Gently toss in panko or bread crumbs. Spread out on a microwave safe plate and cook on high for 5 minutes. Stir and cook an additional 2 minutes. Stir and cook for 30 seconds at a time until lightly browned and crispy.
