I absolutely loved these so much that I wanted to share them with everybody! I found them in Cooking Light, but I must say, even though it states 6 servings, I would disagree. I would think more like 8-10. Maybe 6 if that's all you're eating, but we ate them alongside my Gourmet Fish Sandwiches and you don't need a whole plateful of fries, therefore reducing the size and the calories/fat.

How Do I Make Garlic Fries?

Here is how you make Garlic Fries:

1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.2) Combine first 3 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag, tossing to coat. Arrange potatoes in a single layer* on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning after 20 minutes.3) Place butter and garlic in a large nonstick skillet, and cook over med. heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add potatoes, parsley, and Parmesan cheese to pan; toss to coat. Serve immediately.*Note: Make sure the potatoes are in a single layer. If not, when they are on top of each other or touching, they create a steaming effect and don't crisp up and you will have soggy potatoes, not french fries. Trust me, I have learned from experience! : ( If you need to use two baking sheets, do so and just rotate them a couple of times during baking. The fries will turn out fine.Makes 6 servingsNumber of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user RDASKALOS.
