Heat olive oil over medium high heat. Saute chick peas, garlic & lemon zest. When garlic starts to turn light brown (about 5 minutes), add lemon juice. Lower heat & simmer 5 minutes. When done, place arugula on separate plates & top w/ chick pea mixture.
