1/4 cup cooking rice wine
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 T light soy sauce
2 T sesame oil
1 packet Equal (or 2 tsp sugar, etc)
2 tsp crushed gingerroot
dash pepper


How Do I Make Sesame Ginger Coleslaw?

Here is how you make Sesame Ginger Coleslaw:

Put cabbage in LARGE container with lid that seals. Combine all other ingredients and mix well (I mix in magic bullet, but container with good lid to manually shake works well too.). Add liquid ingredients to cabbage and seal, tip upside down and back a few times to mix all ingredients. Place in fridge for ingredients to blend. Let sit in fridge at least an hour -- if you can mix it the night before it comes out better (more time for flavors to mix).Makes ten 1.5 cup servings.
