Directions1. Preheat oven to 400.2. Combine dry ingredients (to raisins) in mixing bowl.3. Heat peanut butter, water, honey, dry milk, cocoa powder and pumpkin pie spice in sauce pan over medium low heat until melted and combined. I used a small whisk. Let cool a little, then pour over the top of dry ingredients.4. Combine dry and peanut butter mixture. Mix in egg well AFTER the above are well combined5. Press into greased pan.6.
