Here is how you make Ham and Swiss Rosti:

1. Beat egg in large bowl. Stir in ham, 1 cup cheese, onion, rosemary, pepper and salt. Add frozen potatoes and stir all2. Heat 1 TBS oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pat the potato mixture in an even round in the pan. Cover and cook until browned and crispy on the bottom - 4 to 6 min3. Remove the pan from heat. Losen rim and bottom of mixture. Place a rimless baking sheet on top of skillet, turn over. Wipe oput any remains, add 1 TBS oil. Slide mixture from cookie sheet back to pan.
