5 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
32 oz. Carton of Beef Broth
32 oz. (4 cups) Water
1 Cup Dried Beans (Pinto, Black, etc. according to preference)
2 Cups Enriched White Rice (uncooked)
1 16 oz. Package Frozen Corn (or other frozen vegetables)

Here is how you make 'London' Hash:

Remove one package of frozen corn from the freezer and put in the refrigerator to thaw. Dice beef and place in crockpot. Add garlic, dried beans, beef broth and water. Stir well. Cover and cook on high for 8 hours then stir. Add the uncooked rice and the thawed corn. Stir well and cover. Cook an additional 2 hours on the low setting.
