I use London Broil (top round roast) to make this recipe because it is very lean and I can easily cut off all the visible fat before cooking. I buy several roasts at a time and freeze them. Package Frozen Corn (or other frozen vegetables) Season as desired according to your preference How Do I Make 'London' Hash?Here is how you make 'London' Hash: Remove one package of frozen corn from the freezer and put in the refrigerator to thaw. Dice beef and place in crockpot. Add garlic, dried beans, beef broth and water. Stir well. Cover and cook on high for 8 hours then stir. Add the uncooked rice and the thawed corn. Stir well and cover. Cook an additional 2 hours on the low setting.
