Cut the potatoes into small little chunks and put into the pan. Once done cutting all the potatoes place the pan on the stove and cook over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes or until the chunks are soft enough to mash. When done cooking drain the potatoe and then put back into the pan to mash. Once they are in the pan add the margarine stick and mash until you have them where you want them (chunky, smooth or inbetween). While mashing add the milk to make sure that they aren't dry.
