If you want, instead of making chips, try making larger tortillas! I think that would work fine, too.Roll the balls out with a rolling pin, and cut the flat pieces of dough as small as you want them. Put a skillet over high heat. Lightly dab the chips with some oil on both sides, and throw as many as you can fit onto the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes (you'll start to see the chips bubble up), then flip them over for another 2 minutes.Remove from heat, and continue baking the rest of your chips!Serve warm with some guacamole, salsa, hummus, or whatever you like!
