How Do I Make Mom's Hot Rolls?

Here is how you make Mom's Hot Rolls:

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Pour onto sugar, salt and melted butter which has been mixed in large bowl. Let cool slightly. Add 2 cups flour, stir. Let raise for 20 minutes. Add warm milk, beaten eggs and the remaining flour. Mix well. Let raise 1 1/2 to 2 hours until doubled in size. Shape into rolls and place on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Cover with plastic wrap sprayed with cooking spray. Let raise another 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes.
