Fine dice all or some of the removed pepper and place in mixing bowl. Add softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, milk, hot sauce and spices. Mix well. Taste and adjust seasonings and heat. Fill each pepper with apx. 1 TBS filling depending on pepper size.In each of 3 bowls place seasoned flour, beaten egg and seasoned Panko. Dip pepper first in flour to dust, then egg to coat and finally Panko for a crispy outer shell. Dip the entire pepper, including on top of the cheese mixture. Tip: spray the pepper all around with PAM first to help the coating stick. Lightly spray the coated peppers before baking with olive oil or PAM to help them brown.Place peppers on cookie sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes or until coating begins to brown and cheese is softened.Note: You may need more flour and bread crumbs for ease of coating, but I just counted the "actual" amount used for calculating the calories.Number of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user CRUZIN2LOSE.What's The Nutritional Info For Jalapeno Poppers - D's Favorite? The nutritional information for Jalapeno Poppers - D's Favorite is:
