Here is how you make Jicama Kale Slaw with Gomasio:

To make gomasio, place sesame seeds in a dry skillet and toast the seeds over medium low heat. Slow roastwithout burning, until very dark brown, stirring often. Let cool and then grind in a food processor and add the salt.Wash kale leaves and slice very thinly (julienne) and place in a bowl. Add the sliced jicama and orange zest. Rinse the orange, then peel the skin and chop the orange flesh and add to the bowl. Toss with salt, black pepper, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.
