Boil leeks and potatoes in separate pans until they are soft.Mash potatoes, process leeks.Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup of bread crumbs.Oil a shallow baking dish, sprinkle some bread crumbs. Then put the mixture into the dish. Flatten with a spoon, and sprinkle with the rest of the bread crumbs.Put it in 200C degree oven, until it becomes golden brown.
