Here is how you make Hi-Fiber English Muffins:

Mix the starter, wheat flour, yeast, and sugar together and leave in a warm place for 4 hours or until doubled and bubbly. Mix together the buttermilk and honey and add to the starter mixture. Mix together all the dry ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry and let stand while warming the griddle or pan to medium heat. Spray oil on the pan and four English muffin rings and put the rings into the pan. Sprinkle the pan and rings with corn meal. when the pan is heated, put about an eighth of the batter into each ring and let cook until bubbles form and stay on the top and the top is no longer shiny. Wait about a minute longer, then sprinkle the tops with a little corn meal and flip the muffins over. Cook until the both sides are dark brown, but not burnt.
