Here is how you make Orange and Date Muffins:

Pre-heat oven to 350 deg F (180 deg C). Grease a 6 hole muffin tin.Place dates, orange juice and honey in a saucepan bring to boil and simmer for @ 5 minutes. Cool slightly.Place the date mixture, egg and applesauce in a jug and mix to combine.In a bowl mix together the flours, oats, oat bran and baking powder, add the date mixture and mix until just combined, adding a little water if too stiff.
