Here is how you make Quinoa Mushroom Pilaf:

Heat the olive oil in a pan at MH temperature.Cook the onions and mushrooms until the onions are translucent and the mushrooms release their juices.Set the mushrooms and onions aside.Toast the quinoa in the pan until it's golden brown, stirring regularly. Don't allow the quinoa to burn.Add the broth and reduce heat to low.
