Remove the mushrooms and set aside along with the second, fresh batch of 2 sprigs of rosemary and 1 bay leaf. 4. Continue to boil down the liquid until only half remains.5. Discard the first round of rosemary and bay leaf. 6. Pour the boiled-down liquid over the mushrooms and herbs.
