What Are The Ingredients For Naan Recipe?The ingredients for Naan are: 1 tsp dry yeast1 1/4 cups warm water 3 cups unbleached white flour, plus a bit more for kneading 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbsp olive oil, plus a little more to baste on top of dough before baking' Sesame seeds to sprinkle on top of dough How Do I Make Naan?Here is how you make Naan: Dissolve yeast in the warm water. Let stand 10 minutes. In a large bowl combine 3 cups flour and salt. Add olive oil to the yeast water. Pour the yeast water over the flour and stir well. Once mixed (it will be sticky) knead dough on a floured surface for about minutes, adding flour to keep the dough from sticking. The dough should be soft and slightly tacky. Place dough in a greased bowel, cover with a damp towel and let rise for about an hour. Punch the dough down and place on a lightly floured surface. Cut dough into 3 equal parts and form each piece into a ball and let rest for about 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Roll each ball of dough into 9" rounds. Place the rounds on baking sheets or baking stone. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let rest for 10 minutes.
