Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Combine the sour milk, onions and oil. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Drop by heaping tablespoons, 2 inches apart on sprayed cookie sheet. Spritz tops with butter flavored spray.
