Here is how you make Avocado Pasta:

To a large bowl add chopped green onion, lemon juice, pepper, chopped cilantro, chopped bell pepper, and chopped garlic. Then cut avocado in half removing pit and score the avocado before using a spoon to remove from peel. Mash avocado as best you can don?t have to make sure all is mashed.Cook pasta until cooked to desired taste, pull ? cups of pasta before draining rest of water. Add water to Avocado mix and stir before putting pasta in and toss until all of pasta is covered.Serving Size:?2 oz per person, makes 5 servings
