3 tsp Ginger Root
1 carrot gratted
1 Onions minced
1/4 cup chopped green onion
3 Garlic cloves minced
50 Wonton wrappers
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
2 tsp sesame oil


How Do I Make Pork Dumplings?

Here is how you make Pork Dumplings:

1. Heat one tbsp of Oil over med high heat. Cook Cabbage, carrot, onion, green onion, ginger and garlic for 5 minutes.2. Add Soy sauce, hoisin sauce, fish sauce and sesame oil.3. Add in ground pork mix well, then turn off heat. Transfer to seperate bowl. (You may need to drain liquid before filling dumplings)4. Place about a tsp of filling in wonton wrapper and wrap as desired.5. Heat tsp of oil over med-high heat in a frying pan with a lid. Only do a few dumplings at a time. Brown one side of dumpling.
