1/2 cup Olive Oil (or whatever oil you have on hand, I used vegetable oil)

Here is how you make Baked Potato Wedges:

Preheat over to 375 degrees F.Wash and cut potatoes into wedges (about 4 wedges per potato). Do not peel potatoes.Mix all of your dry ingredients together and then stir into oil. Lay your cut potato wedges out onto a baking sheet and brush mixture over the wedges (both sides).Bake in over for 45 minutes. Halfway through, take the wedges out and brush the mixture over them again. Turn wedges over, if desired, and brush the other side as well.Serving Size: Makes 32 wedges.
