• 1 1/2 old chedder cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
• 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbed
• 2 pounds baking potatoes, very thinly sliced

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.2. In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the soup mix, milk, cornstarch and pepper. Microwave on high, stirring every minute, for 5 minutes or until hot and thickened. Set aside.3. In a medium bowl, toss together the cheese, onions, and bacon. 4. Layer half of the potatoes into a greased (use non-stick spray) 9 x 13 inch casserole. Drizzle half of the soup mixture over the potatoes, then sprinkle half of the cheese over top. Top with remaining potatoes, soup mix and cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour. 5.
