Here is how you make Potato and Greens Torta:

Preheat oven to 375.Cook potatoes. Meanwhile coat a large pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add garlic and saute 2 minutes. Add greens and cook 1 minute or until greens wilt. Remove greens from pan and finely chop. Mash cook potatoes with just a bit of cooking juice. Add greens mixture, milk, cheese, eggs and salt to potatoes. Coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
