Can easily make more if you up the amount of potatoes and other ingredients.1. Cut off any undesirable parts of the potatoes. Wash the potatoes and peel if desired.2. Cut potatoes into about 1/4 inch rounds and then cut in half. Place into a medium sized bowl. 3. Drizzle with olive oil. Add the salt, pepper and basil (you can always add more herbs to suit your taste or to better go along with your main course). Chop half a cup of onions into manageable pieces. Combine with your hands until potatoes are coated evenly.4. Rip off about two 1.5 foot lengths of aluminum foil. Place about half of the potatoes in the center of each piece of foil.5. Pull the lengths of the foil together and fold over, forming a tube around the potatoes while giving them some breathing room. Fold over the ends of the foil and crumpled to form a nice pouch. Do this for both.6. A) Place on the grill (I use a charcoal grill so I am unsure about the exact temperature) for about 30-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. 6. B) If using an oven, set the oven to 400* and bake for about 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.Number of Servings: 3Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user IMAGINARYDREAMS.What's The Nutritional Info For Grilled Basil Potato Pouches? The nutritional information for Grilled Basil Potato Pouches is:
