Here is how you make Julie's Potato Patties:

Mix the water, butter, & cashew milk till hot. Once hot, mix in instant potatoes. Add cheddar cheese & entire ranch packet, stir thoroughly. Measure out mixture into 1/3 cup portions & let cool. Mix Bread crumbs & parmesan cheese together, then form potato mixture into patties & put into bread crumbs. They will be lightly breaded since there is no eggs in this recipe. Place on a cookie sheet & bake in a 400 degree over for about 30--35 minutes. Let cool. Each Patty is a serving.
