Preheat to 400 degreesMix potato and buttermilk till smoothCombine dry ingredients. Cut in COLD shortening and butter. Add buttermilk/potato mixture. Dough will be crumbly and dry. Turn out and knead 10 or so times til dough sticks together. Roll out into 6" x 12" rectangle. Cut into 12 biscuits. Transfer to ungreased, insulated baking sheet.
