Side Dish

Pour milk into small saucepan.Add Powerderd cheese (I use 1 Pkg. from a box of Mac & CheeseWisk cheese sauce mix with milk until well blendedPut 1/2 C. Cold tap water into a cup and add a small bit of corn starch-about 1/10 C. and mix well. Stir cornstarch mixture into cheese sauce and whisk until thickened. Turn on very low and stir frequently Slice unpeeled potatoes as thin as possible. (I use a salad shooter)Spray pan with non stick spray very well Spread out half of the potatoes evenly Pour half the cheese sauce over first layer. Use a spoon to make sure sauce is spread over all potatoesSpread ;ast layer of potatoes topping with remaining cheese sauce.Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees until potatoes are done and bubbly
