Here is how you make Scalloped Potatoes-Healthier version:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spray a glass baking dish with cooking spray. Layer half of the potatoes, and half of onions in bottom of dish. Spoon half of the soup over potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Repeat for second layer and then pour milk down over the casserole. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 1-1 1/2 hours. Remove dish from oven and stir...if potatoes are still crisp recover with foil and continue baking until they are tender. At this point remove foil and sprinkle cheese on top. Put dish back in the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes until the cheese is nice and bubbly. **Note this recipe is made with Campbell's regular cream of potato soup-I could not find the healthier option of fat free or lower sodium, however if you can it would certainly make this recipe even healthier and I'm sure just as good.
