Here is how you make Baked Brown Rice:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Place rice into a 8" square glass baking dish.Bring water, butter and salt just to a boil in covered saucepan. Once water boils, pour it over rice, stir to combine. Cover dish tightly with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bake on the middle rack for 1 hour.After 1 hour, remove cover and fluff with fork.
