Here is how you make Jiffy Fried Rice:

Makes 6 3/4 cup servings: saute in a hot skillet green peppers, red peppers, turkey ham, onion, & garlic in olive oil. When veggie are almost cooked add brown rice and saute for about five minutes. make a well in middle of rice mixture and add eggs. Scramble the eggs as they cook.
