Here is how you make Healthy Rice and Rye:

Makes 4 servings.Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onions, garlic, celery and carrots. Saute until just softened. Add rice, rye, water, broth, and kale. Bring to boil. Lower heat to low. Cover tightly and simmer 30-40 mins, or until rice and rye are tender and have absorbed all the liquid. Add the blanched beans in last min or two of cooking time to rewarm.
