Here is how you make Ed's Rice Dressing:

Preheat oven at 375 degrees.Mix both rices into a 2 quart glass casserole dish and add 4 cups water. Bake covered in oven for 45 minutes--or 1 hour if you use a metal pot. (You can also use stovetop or rice cooker method--but this way is fool-proof!)When rice is almost done, brown ground turkey, with onion, mushrooms and celery.
