Here is how you make Spiced Up Blackbeans and Rice:

Cook rice and black beans according to package directions. I use dried beans and made from scratch.In a medium saute' pan, spray pan with cooking sprayl and saute the onion until tender about 3 minutes. Add the rice and beans and saute for 2 minutes, add all ths pices and about 1-2 tbsp of water. Stir until spices are well combined and beans and rice is heated through, about 5 minutes.Serve as is or divide among 4 low carb tortillas, a 1/4 filling each.
