1 cup lundberg jubilee brown rice blend
dash dried thyme
salt and pepper to taste

Here is how you make Green Tomato Rice:

1. Saute the bacon over medium heat until crisp (use cooking spray if necessary). Set aside.2. Saute the green onions in cooking spray for 1 minute. 3. Add tomatos, jalapeno pepper and garlic, saute for another 1 minute 30 seconds.4. Add the chicken broth, rice, thyme, and seasonings. Bring to a boil. 5.
