Here is how you make Pork and Vegetable Friend Rice:

In a large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil. Saute pork loin on med-high heat until cooked. Add rice and cook for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and add vegetables, cooking for 2 minutes. Spread mixture out to sides of skillet, making a well in the centre. Add eggs and scramble until cooked firm.
