Here is how you make Veggie Brown Rice:

In a large pot bring water to boil. Add Rice, stir well, and reduce heat to low.Add Broccoli and let stand on low heat for 20-25 minutes or until rice in tender. In non-stick pan or on George Forman grill, grill Mushrooms and Red Peppers.
