Here is how you make Home Made Roasted Garlic Hummus:

Super Easy. Cook your chick peas on a stove until soft and easily mashable, about 10 minutes. This recipe uses canned chick peas, so if you want dry, rinse then soak the peas over night, then rinse and soak them again for an hour before you are ready to cook.While the chick peas are cooking, take 2 cloves of garlic and throw them in the oven for about 5 minutes at 500 degrees F. Leave the skin on the garlic. Soften one lemon and extract the juice. Grab your garlic and remove the shell, then place it in the lemon juice for a second. Remove the chick peas from the stove and place everything in a food processor or blender. Add the olive oil and keep adding water while blending until smooth. You are looking for a thick, stiff consistency but add enough water to keep the blender going. After blending, add salt, black pepper and maybe a pinch of italian seasonings if you want.
