Wash all of your vegetables & pat dry. Cut all of the veggies in thick slices. Toss with the balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper , basil & thyme. Spray 2 jellyroll pans with nonstick spray. Put the vegetables on the pan. Spray the top of the vegetables with nonstick spray.
