When it is too hard to stir, place some flour on a flat surface and add bread dough. Knead for 8-10 minutes, adding flour as needed until dough is no longer sticky.Clean bowl, coat with oil or butter and add dough and set aside in a warm area. Cover and allow to double in size.Punch down, split in half, create logs and cut into 8 pieces each.
