Put on greased parchment paper on pan; cover & let rise 1-2 hr. puffed up but not doubled. Gently cover w/greased plastic wrap and refrig 2-3 hrs. (cool rise). At end of time, preheat 425.Whisk together 1 lg egg white and 1/2 c cool water until frothy.Brush rolls.Slash the top of rolls and bake 20-25 min til golden brown.
