Mix everything except wrappers, lime juice, soy sauce and peanut flour, in a large bowl. Mix the lime juice, soy sauce and peanut flour in a smal bowl for a sauce. Add half the sauce to the vegetable mixture. Soak each wrapper in hot water until pliable. Put 1/8 of the mixture on each wrapper and roll up, burrito-style.
