chop apples into bite sized pieces, can use red and/or greenin large bowl, mix all boxes pudding mix with milk and beat with mixer (or whisk) until it starts to thicken.fold in apples, cool whip and 3tbs. pecan bits.I usually put mine in a deep foil throw away pan!warm caramel topping to make it drizzle-able.drizzle about 4 tbs over the top to make a criss-cross design or and you wish.
