IN LARGE POT PUT WATER TO BOIL. SPRINKLE IN ALL THE SALT, GARLIC POWDER, ONION POWDER, AND DICED GARLIC. CUT CARROTS AND PUT THEM IN, ALSO PUT IN THE BROCCOLI. CHOPPED THE ONION AND DROP IT IN TOO. WHEN THE WATER STARTS TO BOIL GOOD PUT IN THE PASTA. STIR OFTEN AS NOT TO STICK ON THE BOTTOM.IN A LARGE BOWL WITH LID, MIX THE MAYONNAISE, & MILK. PUT IN THE RANCH DRESSING MIX. SET IN FRIDGE TO STAY COLD. WHEN PASTA IS TENDER POUR WHOLE POT IN THE SINK THOUGH A STRAINER. RINSE WITH COLD WATER TO STOP THE COOKING PROCESS. LET DRAIN.
